Eric Shapiro is an accomplished finance and operations professional with extensive experience in accounts receivable, collections, and operational management. Currently serving as the A/R and Collections Lead at Pacific Dutch Group since 2023, Eric has successfully reduced the percentage of 61+ day past dues and implemented efficient reporting systems. Previously, as Sales Operations Manager at Petalfast, Eric established a department that significantly decreased internal collectibles and brand partners' receivables. In earlier roles at HERBL Solutions, OfficeTeam, The Golden 1 Credit Union, Atlas Securities, and World Savings, Eric demonstrated strong abilities in collections, auditing, and team training, consistently achieving high performance metrics and receiving multiple commendations. Eric holds a B.A. in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
