Previously, Muncy held the position of Director of Finance at Shryne Group from October 2019 to August 2021 and worked as Administrative Manager at Canndescent/Goodbrands from April 2016 to October 2019, where significant contributions included the implementation of an HRIS Payroll platform to support rapid organizational growth. Muncy's early career includes a role as Operations Manager at The Home Depot from April 2004 to February 2012. Muncy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara and also attended Santa Barbara City College.
