Scott Tallon

Scott Tallon has a diverse work experience in the wine and spirits industry. Scott first worked at Hilton Hotels Corp as an Assistant Director of Food and Beverage from 1985 to 1989. Scott then moved on to Power Marketing, where they focused on sales and marketing for craft beer, specialty spirits, and boutique wineries from 1996 to 2003.

In 2003, Tallon joined The Winebow Group as a Spirits Director, responsible for procuring ultra-premium spirits and coordinating sales efforts in various states. Scott later became Vice President Spirits at The Winebow Group, overseeing portfolio development, supplier relations, education, and key account calls, before leaving in 2017.

In the same year, Tallon started their own company, Scott Consulting and Management, where they specialize in the craft and independent sector. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Pacific Edge Wine & Spirits.

Scott Tallon attended Fairleigh Dickinson University from 1971 to 1975, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business and Education.
