Mark Irwin

Mark Irwin is an experienced executive with a robust background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Executive Chairman and Interim CEO at Queensland Hydro since June 2025, Mark also holds positions as Chair of the Risk and Audit Committee and Non-Executive Director at Pacific Energy. Previously, Mark was the Chief Executive Officer at Adbri Limited and held Non-Executive Director roles at Independent Cement and Lime Group and Sunstate Cement Ltd. Mark's experience includes advisory roles and executive leadership in projects and commercial operations, particularly at OZ Minerals and Boart Longyear. Mark holds an MBA from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Laws from Queensland University of Technology, complemented by company director training from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
