Currently serving as Production Lead for Steel Structures at Pacific Fusion since December 2024, James previously held roles at Relativity Space, overseeing significant retrofitting projects for NASA's A2 Test Stand, achieving substantial cost savings through strategic planning and vendor negotiations. Prior experience at SpaceX included project management of structural steel projects for the Starship program, along with engineering responsibilities for the orbital launch pad.
