Brendan Robson is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Grouse Mountain and at Banff Hospitality Group since May 2015, Brendan oversees all culinary operations at Vancouver's top tourism destination. Prior roles include Executive Sous Chef at the Pacific Gateway Hotel at Vancouver Airport and Delta Vancouver Airport Hotel, where leadership involved managing large culinary teams and crafting innovative menus. Previous positions include Chef de Cuisine at Grouse Mountain Resort and Sous Chef at King Pacific Lodge. Brendan holds a Red Seal certification in Culinary Arts from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, earned between 2001 and 2003.
