Fredy Cruz Monchez

Fredy Cruz Monchez has over 27 years of culinary experience, primarily within the hospitality industry in Vancouver. Currently serving as a First Cook at Pacific Gateway Hotel at Vancouver Airport since March 2004, responsibility includes working across various hotel venues such as Pier 73 Restaurant and Hemisphere North Restaurant, as well as handling breakfast, lunch, and dinner services. Additionally, Fredy has held the position of Second Cook at Delta Vancouver Suites Hotel since November 2014 and previously worked as a First Cook at Delta Vancouver Airport Hotel and the Vancouver Convention Centre. Prior education includes attending John Oliver Secondary from 1992 to 1995.
