Tim Minick

Tim Minick, CISSP, has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and information technology. Tim is currently the AVP - Director of Cybersecurity Risk Management at Pacific Guardian Life since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Information Technology at Pacific Guardian Life from July 2020 to February 2023.

Before joining Pacific Guardian Life, Tim worked as the Director of Information Technology at HPM Building Supply from March 2016 to July 2020. Tim also worked as the Executive Director at MorphIT LLC, where they provided executive-level IT and security consultancy services from January 2019 to March 2020.

Tim Minick has also served as a Lecturer in IT Security and Ethical Hacking at Hawaii Community College from an unspecified start date to August 2018. Additionally, they held various roles at Gemini Observatory, including Information Technology Services Manager from February 2011 to March 2016, Gemini North Information Systems Group Team Lead from August 2010 to February 2011, and Project Manager/Unix Administrator from December 2005 to August 2010.

Tim also holds certifications in PRINCE2 Foundation - Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice and VMware Certified Professional (VCP) from VMware.
