Laura Barriga has held various accounting roles throughout their career. Laura started their professional journey in 2007 as the Accounting Manager at Select Product Group and worked there until 2014. Laura then moved on to Omni Hotels & Resorts, where they served as a Corporate Senior Accountant for a year. In 2015, Laura joined Medical City Healthcare, where they initially worked as a Senior Accountant. Laura later took on roles as Assistant Controller, Director of Revenue Integrity, and ultimately Assistant Controller again. In 2021, Laura joined Pacific HealthWorks, LLC as the Division Controller, and they are currently serving as the Senior Director of Accounting.
Laura Barriga obtained a Master's degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University-Commerce, which they completed between 2017 and 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from the University of North Texas, which they completed between 2002 and 2006.
