Daniel Chaparro

Daniel Chaparro is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as an Area Human Resources Manager at Pacific Hospitality Group since September 2021, Daniel previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Dimension Development, overseeing HR functions for Doubletree Resort by Hilton Paradise Valley and Hilton Resort Scottsdale & Villas. Prior roles include People Services Manager at The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch, where Daniel facilitated a culture shift to Hyatt values, and Colleague Experience Manager at Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows, focusing on the development of leadership and colleague experiences.
