Shawn Arnold

Shawn Arnold serves as the Director of IT Operations at Pacific Hospitality Group since July 2025, bringing extensive experience in information technology across various hospitality organizations. Prior roles include Area Director of Information Technology for CoralTree Hospitality, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing IT operations for multiple hotels and ensuring compliance with brand standards for prominent hotel chains. Shawn's career includes managing IT for both the Pier Sixty-Six Resort and The Islands of Islamorada Resort, as well as directing IT operations for a regional corporate office and ten hotels. Previous positions reflect strong capabilities in budgeting, resource allocation, and strategic IT management, with earlier experience as an IT consultant and various technical roles, culminating in a comprehensive foundation in IT systems and support. Shawn holds a degree from Colorado State University.
