David Power has extensive experience in project management and construction, currently serving as a Project Manager at Pacific Hydrotech Corporation since September 2006, overseeing oil refinery, wastewater, and public works projects in southern California. Prior to this role, David was a Construction Manager at Janus Development from March 2003 to August 2006, where responsibilities included hiring and supervising crews for project completion. Before that, David worked as a Construction Superintendent at City Scapes from February 2000 to March 2003, managing construction assignments and schedules to ensure timeliness and budget compliance.
