Kirk Harns

Kirk Harns has worked as the President of Pacific Hydrotech Corp since February 1989. Kirk also served as a Board Member for The Community Foundation of Riverside and San Bernardino Counties from January 2009 to December 2016.

Kirk Harns attended the University of Utah from 1976 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering.
