Jaime Bacalso

Jaime Bacalso has extensive experience in estimating and engineering within the construction and resources sectors. Current roles include Estimator (SMP/Heavy Fabrication) at Pacific Industrial Company since November 2021, following previous positions as SMP Estimator at KAEFER Integrated Services Pty Ltd and AusGroup Limited. Prior experience includes significant roles at Intech Engineers Pty Ltd as a Senior Mechanical Estimator, where project feasibility estimates for large-scale projects were developed, and at Downer EDI Engineering as a Mechanical Estimator focused on resources and oil & gas sectors. Jaime’s career began in operations engineering with the Philippine National Oil Company, leading to a solid foundation in mechanical engineering with a Bachelor’s degree from CIT University in the Philippines, complemented by a Certificate IV in Frontline Management from Leadership Management Australia.
