Latha Rao

Latha Rao has a diverse work experience in human resources spanning over several years. Latha started their career as an Associate in HR at Citibank N.A. in 1989 and later worked as a Manager at Global Trust Bank Limited. In 2006, they became the Head of HR at Mobius Knowledge Services and then joined Virtusa India as a Senior Manager in HR. Latha then served as a General Manager in HR at Accel Frontline Limited from 2010 to 2012. Latha continued their HR journey as the Head of HR in the Software Division at Accel Frontline Limited from 2013 to 2014. Latha further advanced their career as the Head of HR at Pacific International Lines (India) Limited and currently works as a Human Resource Consultant as a freelancer.

Latha Rao completed a Post Graduate Diploma in PMIR with a specialization in HR from Madras School of Social Work, between 1992 and 1994. Latha also pursued an MBA in Finance from IGNOU, but the start and end years of this program are not provided.
