Tracy Gao has extensive experience in marine personnel management, currently serving as Deputy General Manager of Marine Personnel at Pacific International Lines (PTE) Ltd since February 2016, with previous roles including Assistant General Manager, Senior Manager of Fleet Personnel, and Crew Manager. Prior to this, Tracy held the position of Crewing Manager at APL from January 2010 to February 2016. Tracy holds two Master's degrees from Dalian Maritime University.
