Serene Chua

Serene Chua is an experienced professional in the insurance and operations field, currently serving as the UW & Claims Manager at Pacific Life Re since September 2025. Previously, Serene held pivotal roles such as Head of Life Operations at Etiqa Insurance Singapore and Vice President of Life and Health Operations at NTUC Income Insurance Co-Operative Limited, where responsibilities included leading various departments to enhance customer experiences and achieve operational excellence. Additionally, Serene has significant experience from Great Eastern Life Assurance, overseeing new business and underwriting, and from Scor Global Re, providing underwriting and claims services across several Asian markets. Serene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the National University of Singapore.
