Andrew Morawiec

Andrew Morawiec currently serves as the AVP and Head of Sales Intelligence at Pacific Life, overseeing distribution transformation, sales enablement tools, insights, and predictive analytics since November 2018. Prior experience includes a decade at Prudential Financial where roles included Vice President of Sales Operations, advising senior leadership, and Director of Strategic Accounts Operations, focusing on operational management and strategic planning. Earlier roles at The Hartford included Head of Sales Operations and Head of Foundation Sales and Marketing, leading business development and cross-channel wholesaling efforts. Andrew began a career in sales operations and finance at American Skandia. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Western New England University.
