Christine Caswell has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications and unified communications management. Currently serving as the Manager of Unified Communications at Pacific Life since August 2005, Christine oversees the company's communications infrastructure and ensures compliance with various regulatory and company standards. Prior to this role, Christine was the Telecommunications Manager at Memorial Care - Anaheim Memorial Hospital from July 2003 to August 2005, and held the position of Telecommunications Senior Engineer at Disneyland Resort from 1991 to 2003. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Information Technology Management from Western Governors University.
