Joe Kordovi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in investment innovation and product management. Currently serving as AVP of Investment Innovation and Strategic Initiatives at Pacific Life since October 2011, Joe coordinates innovation and operational strategy initiatives, manages modernization projects, and supports Corporate Strategy and Development for Pacific Life Investments. Prior to this role, Joe was instrumental in launching and leading a digital experience initiative as AVP of Innovations, focusing on customer experience and product design aimed at engaging Millennials. Earlier experience includes serving as VP and Pricing Actuary at Transamerica Life Canada, where Joe led a team in developing successful insurance products. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Mathematics from Concordia University and completed a program in Design Thinking and Innovation at IDEO.
