Ramesh Pandey

Ramesh Pandey is an experienced professional in risk management and quantitative analytics with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Head of Credit Risk at Pacific Life since June 2021, Ramesh previously held significant positions such as the Head of QARM at Western Asset Management, where a team of quantitative analysts was built to enhance portfolio analytics and risk modeling for fixed-income securities. Prior roles include Senior Director of Risk at Freddie Mac, Senior Vice President at Bank of America, and various consultant positions with recognized firms like Oracle and SolidWorks. Ramesh holds a BTech in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a PhD in Engineering from Penn State University.
