Raul Segovia

Raul Segovia is an experienced project and operations management professional with a career spanning over two decades in various sectors, including finance, insurance, and manufacturing. Currently serving as a Sr. Project Portfolio Manager at Pacific Life since November 2018, Raul has previously held significant positions such as Sr. Manager of Financial Operations Consulting at Incubator Finance, Strategic Initiatives Program Manager at QBE North America, and multiple senior roles at Bank of America. At Balboa Insurance, Raul was the Vice President of Finance and Operations and contributed to ITESM -CCM as an Executive Programs Logistics Director, overseeing over 30 training programs for large-scale companies. As Finance and Production Line Manager at Procter & Gamble Mexico, Raul led a crucial budget-design project for a major manufacturing plant.
