Sandy Sussman

Sandy Sussman currently serves as the AVP, Assistant General Counsel, and Head of Federal Government Affairs at Pacific Life since July 2022. Prior to this role, Sandy held the position of Assistant General Counsel at the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) from May 2011 to June 2022. Sandy’s experience includes legislative roles, serving as Legislative Director/Counsel for Rep. Bill Foster from May 2008 to January 2011, for Rep. Dennis Cardoza from February 2007 to March 2008, and for Rep. Frank Mascara from February 2000 to September 2002. Additionally, Sandy was the Director of Government Affairs at REAL ESTATE SERVICES PROVIDERS COUNCIL INC from October 2002 to December 2006. Sandy earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Kentucky in 1999 and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Michigan in 1994.
