TJ Clayton serves as the Head of Partner Management at Pacific Life since November 2022, leveraging extensive experience in administrative services and digital technology strategy developed over previous roles at Legal & General America and Colonial Life. Prior to these positions, TJ held leadership roles at Unum, overseeing contact center operations, and began a career in behavioral science research at American Institutes for Research. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the College of Charleston.
