Virginia Kricorian

Virginia (Ginger) Kricorian is an accomplished Project Portfolio Manager with extensive experience in project management and organizational transformation across various industries. Currently engaged at Pacific Life since 2018, Virginia provides executive leadership consulting focused on evolving Project Portfolio Management practices and leading Change Management initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Director of Project Management and Business Analysis at National General Insurance and Vice President of Program Services at QBE North America, where Virginia spearheaded the implementation of managed service delivery models and agile project management frameworks. With a foundation in business analysis and governance established during tenures at Sterling National and ZC Sterling, Virginia holds a Master of Arts from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor of Arts from Vanguard University of Southern California.
