David Jenkins has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as a Construction Manager and Site Development Manager at Pacific Lifestyle Homes since January 2014. Previous roles include Independent Contractor and Freelance Project Manager at Portland Building Services, focusing on interior remodels and new home construction, and Superintendent at Pacific Lifestyle Homes. David also held positions such as Field Manager at Centex Homes, Assistant Superintendent at Lendlease, and Carpenter & Equipment Operator at Foundations & Earth Retaining Systems. David Jenkins obtained an Associate's degree in Construction Management from San Jose City College and pursued further studies at Portland State University.
