Tim Pendell is an experienced professional in the architectural and engineering fields, currently serving as a Drafter at Pacific Lifestyle Homes since September 2022 and as an architectural CAD instructor at Green River College since August 2021. Previous roles include Architecture Specialist at Richmond American Homes from September 2017 to July 2022, Engineering Technician at Pacific Northwest Engineering from March 2016 to August 2017, and Safety Supervisor at Menzies Aviation from April 2005 to February 2014. Tim Pendell holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and/or Design Technology/Technician from Green River College, completed between 2014 and 2016.
