Santiago Menoscal Piana is an accomplished project manager with a strong background in marine construction and environmental conservation. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Pacific Marine Group since February 2023, Santiago has effectively managed diverse marine construction projects. As a Co-Founder of Conservación Marina Ecuador since July 2021, Santiago has been instrumental in promoting sustainable resource management and awareness of Ecuador's submarine heritage, leading initiatives such as the first Coral Restoration Program and the "Anchor Free Ecuador" project. Prior experience includes serving as Superintendent of Dredging Works with Jan De Nul Group, contributing to cost-effective dredging campaigns, and holding academic and leadership roles within SNAME and ESPOL. Santiago holds a Master's degree in Project Management from OBS Business School and an Engineer's degree in Oceanographic Engineering from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral.
