Animal Care And Necropsy Assistant at Pacific Marine Mammal Center

Maxwell Hammond is an experienced professional with a strong background in animal care, training, and conservation education. Currently serving as an Associate Trainer for sea lions and otters at SeaWorld San Diego since September 2018, Maxwell also holds a position as an Animal Care and Necropsy Assistant at the Pacific Marine Mammal Center, where responsibilities include the rescue and rehabilitation of marine mammals. Additional experience encompasses roles as an Exotic Wildlife Caretaker at the Joan Embery Institute for Wildlife Conservation and various customer service positions in hospitality and event management. Maxwell is equipped with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from California State University San Marcos and a High School diploma from High Tech High Media Arts.
