Andrew Prickett

Andrew Prickett is an experienced labor relations professional currently serving as Assistant Director of Contract Administration and Arbitration and Assistant Area Director of Labor Relations at the Pacific Maritime Association since February 2018. Prickett has a strong background in representing management in grievance investigations and negotiations with union officials. Prior to this role, Prickett worked as a Senior Labor Relations Associate at the same organization and served as a Senior Labor Relations Representative and Labor Relations Representative for the California School Employees Association from July 2014 to February 2018. Prickett holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wofford College.
