Nicole Rappaport

Nicole Rappaport currently serves as Labor Relations Manager at Heidelberg Materials since March 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a Board Member for Oregon Tradeswomen from July 2018 to June 2022, and as an Attorney at Cultiva Law from March to October 2021. Rappaport also worked as a Staff Attorney at Legal Aid Services of Oregon from December 2019 to February 2021, and owned Cascadian Journeys from December 2018 to March 2020, overseeing all aspects of the business. Additional roles include General Counsel for the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 701 from March 2014 to June 2018, and Staff Attorney positions at Saint Andrew Legal Clinic and Legal Aid of Western Michigan from 2011 to 2011. Rappaport holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Wayne State University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and Sociology from the University of Michigan.
