Stephen Frailey

Stephen Frailey is currently the President of Pacific Maritime Group, Inc. with a background in Government/Military Affairs. Prior to that, Stephen served as a Dockmaster at Campbell Shipyard and as a Diver in the U.S. Navy, where Stephen was involved with USS Lewis B. Puller FFG-23 and USS Orion AS-18.
