Mounir Ghattas has held various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Mounir is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer for Access and Clinical Operations at Providence Clinical Network in the Puget Sound region. In this role, they oversee access and centralized clinical operations for four medical groups, making it the largest physician group in Washington state. Before that, Mounir worked at Swedish as the Interim Chief Operating Officer for the Medical Group and Ambulatory Network, overseeing over 1,200 employed clinicians in the Greater Seattle area.

Mounir has a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree from the Faculty of Medicine of Tunis, University of Tunis El Manar, specializing in Ophthalmology.
