Kousei Sho

Kousei Sho (Hongcheng Shao) is the Co-founder and Head of Business Development at Pacific Meta. Prior to this, they held the position of Business Development Manager at 上海万粒网络科技有限公司（Onedot株式会社） and worked in Employer Branding at ByteDance. Kousei Sho holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The University of Tokyo, and has participated in exchange programs in International Relations at Tsinghua University and Sciences Po.
