William Taylor

William Taylor is an accomplished Estimating Manager with extensive experience in the construction and civil engineering sectors. Currently employed at Pacific Mobile Structures, Inc., William has previously held positions such as Chief Estimator at Greater Dallas Development, LLC, and Civil Estimator at MWH. With a strong foundation established as a Senior Estimator in various companies, including VILHAUER ENTERPRISES LLC and CD Builders, Inc., William has successfully managed and secured substantial contracts, particularly in civil infrastructure projects throughout North Texas. A graduate of Howard University with a degree in Civil Engineering, William's expertise encompasses project estimation, contract negotiation, and collaboration with municipal clients.
