Ryan Swindell

Ryan Swindell is an experienced mining professional currently serving as the Open Pit Quarry Manager at Pantoro Gold since September 2025. Previously, Ryan held the position of Senior Mining Engineer and Alternate Quarry Manager at Terra Mining Pty Ltd from December 2023 to August 2025. Ryan's career includes significant roles at Northern Star Resources Limited as a Mining Engineer, Mining Employment Services as a Senior Mine Surveyor, and Teranga Gold Corporation as a Senior Site Surveyor, among others. Ryan has a Bachelor of Science in Mining from Curtin University and an engineering and mine surveying qualification from South Regional TAFE.
