Naomi Glass is an accomplished dance educator and advocate with extensive experience in ballet and accessibility programs. Since 2015, Naomi has served as the Director of Access Programs and Ballet Instructor at Pacific Northwest Ballet, where responsibilities include managing the DanceChance program aimed at enhancing diversity in ballet training. Additionally, Naomi contributes as a Teaching Artist for the Seattle Theatre Group's Dance for Parkinson's Disease program. Previous roles include Adjunct Faculty at Cornish College of the Arts and University of Houston, and a long tenure as a Ballet Instructor with Houston Ballet Academy, where Naomi also performed as a professional soloist. Naomi holds a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Bath and a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Houston-Downtown.
