Alexa Gray

Alexa Gray is an experienced professional currently serving as a Staff Development Consultant at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory since March 2018, where responsibilities include creating and implementing team-building and staff development programs. Previous roles at PNNL include University Recruiter, focused on recruitment strategies for National Security and Physical and Computational Sciences, and Staffing Coordinator, managing relationships with technical groups and hiring managers. Prior to PNNL, Alexa held the position of Staffing Manager at Elwood Staffing Services, Inc., where recruitment strategies were developed and client relationships maintained, and worked as a Human Resources Intern at Salal Credit Union, conducting candidate interviews and managing documentation. Alexa holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Central Washington University.
