C. Axel Pearson serves as the Energy Efficiency Project Manager at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory since January 2022, leading the Integrated Lighting Campaign and managing projects related to residential and commercial workforce development. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Technical Product Manager and Technical Manager at DesignLights Consortium, where C. Axel managed Solid State Lighting policy development and led the Qualified Products List initiatives. Previous positions also include Project Manager II at Energy Solutions, focusing on technical support for the DesignLights Consortium and energy auditing for California schools, Associate Project Coordinator at Strategic Energy Innovations, and various internships related to sustainability and energy efficiency. C. Axel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder and a Master's Degree in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco.
