Christian Valoria

Christian Valoria, P.E. serves as a Senior Associate Building Systems Engineer at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory since February 2021. Previous experience includes a role as an Environmental Defense Fund Climate Corps Fellow at Bright Power, Inc., where analytical work on hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater installations led to performance improvements. At Sazan Group, Inc., Christian contributed as a Mechanical Engineer, collaborating with architects and leading a team to develop compliant HVAC solutions. Professional engineering experience at United Mechanical involved design leadership on various projects, including data centers and commercial kitchens. Early roles featured an engineering internship at Glenair and an instructional assistant position at California Polytechnic State University. Christian holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, supplemented by exchange studies at KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
