Dave Goodman

Dave Goodman is a highly experienced regulatory analyst currently serving as a Senior Regulatory Analyst at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory since June 2019. Prior to this role, Dave held various positions at the Bonneville Power Administration, including Deputy Executive Manager of Environmental Planning and Analysis, where significant contributions were made to NEPA strategy and the Columbia River System Operations EIS. Additional experience includes environmental compliance and project oversight for natural resource restoration projects and coordination of NEPA programs while at the Bureau of Land Management. Earlier in the career, Dave worked as a Program Analyst at the US Environmental Protection Agency, evaluating Superfund programs. Dave holds a Juris Doctor degree from William & Mary Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from James Madison University.
