Erica Klein-Meisenhelter

Erica Klein-Meisenhelter serves as the Web Strategy and Operations Lead at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory since March 2023. Previously, at The Graduate Center, City University of New York, from December 2017 to March 2023, Erica led a comprehensive redesign of the center's public website, earning accolades including the “2022 Best School/University Website” from W3. Prior experience includes over a decade at Adelphi University, where Erica held multiple roles, culminating as Director of Strategic Web Design and Production. In this capacity, Erica implemented strategies for a vast WordPress website with over 14,000 pages. Earlier roles at Adelphi focused on web communications and design, contributing to initiatives such as distance education and fundraising. Erica's career began as a Graphic Designer and Office Assistant at Wallico Building Services. Erica earned a Bachelor of Arts in Fine and Studio Arts with a concentration in Graphic Design from Adelphi University.
