Kary Cook

Kary Cook is a seasoned performance assurance leader with extensive experience at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory since April 2010, currently serving in the National Security Directorate's Field Intelligence Element. Kary has demonstrated expertise in quality and performance assurance, organizational leadership, and change management across various roles, including overseeing the QA program, leading teams through senior management transitions during the COVID-19 pandemic, and implementing significant quality programs. Kary's previous experience includes teaching advanced software engineering at Washington State University and leading software quality efforts at 21st Century Systems, Inc., and LION, Inc. Kary holds an M.B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Norwich University and a B.S. in Community Health/Psychology from Central Washington University.
