Scott Godwin

Scott Godwin serves as the Director of the Center for Cloud Computing at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, where the focus is on advancing cloud architectures to enhance scientific and research outcomes. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager of the National Security Directorate, where strategic direction for national security priorities and cyber security practices was provided, and as GM of Corporate Partnerships & Alliances, fostering industry engagement. Previous positions at the U.S. Department of Energy included Deputy Chief Information Officer, tasked with developing a modern data center strategy. Scott Godwin's early career at Microsoft spanned various leadership roles in finance, business development, and regulatory affairs. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from WSU Carson College of Business and a degree in Finance from Seattle Pacific University.
