Simon Foucher

Simon Foucher is a software engineer with extensive experience in building simulation, web application development, and quality assurance. Currently serving as a Software Engineer II in the Building Simulation & Design Group at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, Simon focuses on the IRA Home Rebates API. Previous roles include leading event organization for PNW Climate Week, and software engineering positions at Inspectify and Fond, where Simon developed applications using Ruby on Rails and React. Prior experience also includes operating energy systems at Breitenbush Hot Springs and managing a QA team at Schrödinger. Simon holds a Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics from the University of California, Davis, and has a background in bioinformatics research and data analysis.
