Tina Bjork, M.Ed, is a seasoned learning and development professional with extensive experience in architecting innovative training strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Learning Architect & Technical Training Leader at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory since June 2024, Tina leads efforts to design human-centered learning experiences for a diverse workforce of approximately 6,000 employees. As the Founding Director of L&D Cares, Tina co-founded a non-profit aimed at supporting career transitions within the learning industry. Previous roles include Director of Learning and Performance Strategy at Edward Jones, where strategic initiatives were developed to drive organizational evolution, and Global Director of Learning and Capability at The Coca-Cola Company, where Tina implemented worldwide upskilling programs. Tina's background also includes leadership positions in various capacities at Wayfair and i4cp, along with foundational roles in inside sales and quality assurance at Coca-Cola Enterprises. Tina holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Instructional Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Theater Arts from the University of South Florida.
