Cindy Haba

Cindy Haba is currently a Trustee at the Pacific Northwest Research Institute. Cindy has over 10 years of experience in coaching and counseling individuals through career transitions.

Cindy started their career as a Career Consultant with DBM in 2007. There, they coached and counseled over 300 outplaced professionals from Microsoft, Chase (Washington Mutual), University of Washington, Seattle PI, Russel Mellon and other fortune 500 companies on career transition and professional development, job search and networking strategies, resume building, leveraging networks, interviewing and negotiating. Cindy also created and facilitated the Executive Networking Roundtable, facilitated workshops, created content targeted to job seeking clients, and hosted networking sessions.

In 2013, Cindy transitioned to IMPACT Group where they took on the role of Career Transition Coach. In this role, Cindy coached over 300 relocated professionals through the process of job search or career transition, helping them make progress toward their leadership and career goals and successfully transition into a new role following relocation to Seattle. Cindy provided executive coaching, professional development coaching, job search strategy, career transition and career exploration coaching, networking strategy, negotiation strategy and interview preparation coaching.

Cindy’s experience in both coaching individuals through career transitions as well as their experience in the corporate world make their a valuable asset to the Pacific Northwest Research Institute.

Cindy Haba has a Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University - College of Business and Economics and a certification from the Center for Dependable Strengths as a Certified Dependable Strengths Facilitator. Cindy is also certified by Comprehensive Coaching U as a Certified Coach.
