John Wecker

John Wecker is President & CEO at Pacific Northwest Research Institute. John has over 25 years of experience in the global health and life sciences industries. Prior to joining PNWRI, they served as the Director of Vaccine Access and Delivery at PATH. In this role, they were responsible for expanding access to life-saving vaccines in developing countries. Wecker also spent 16 years at Boehringer Ingelheim, where they held various positions in global marketing and sales, with a focus on HIV. John has a deep commitment to improving global health and has dedicated their career to bringing lifesaving treatments to those who need them most.

John Wecker has a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Psychology from the University of Rochester. John also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology from St. Lawrence University.
