Brian Santamaria

Brian Santamaria has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and industries. Brian started their career at BossWear in 2007 as a Manager and Sales Associate. In this role, they managed store operations, supervised staff, engaged customers during sales, created visual sales presentations, performed banking and ordering duties, and managed inventory reports and monthly goals. After working at BossWear for five years, Brian joined Pacific Office Automation in 2013 as a Master Field Technician in IT Services. Brian held this position until 2021 and was responsible for conducting in-depth consultations with IT clients from various industries, researching and analyzing industry trends, designing and developing scopes of work for IT applications and network upgrades, and making recommendations regarding infrastructure changes. In January 2021, Brian was promoted to the position of Senior Technical Account Manager at Pacific Office Automation, where they continued to engage in high-level technical discussions and evaluations with clients and proactively made recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Brian Santamaria attended Bates Technical College from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Software Development. In addition to their formal education, Brian has obtained several certifications, including the Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate and Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate from Microsoft, which they earned in December 2022 and November 2022, respectively. Brian also holds certifications such as the Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, all earned in 2020. Other certifications include the Google IT Automation with Python Professional Certificate from Coursera in April 2020, Certified Meraki Network Operator (CMNO) from Cisco Meraki in April 2018, and CompTIA Security+ ce, CompTIA Network+ ce, and A+ certifications from CompTIA obtained in 2012, 2011, and 2011 respectively.
