Craig Mohr has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Craig started their career as a Helpdesk Technician at Stream International in 1995. In 1996, they joined ADP as a Senior Technical Specialist 2, where they provided tier 3 support for Windows NT and UNIX-based applications and hardware. During their time at ADP, they also upgraded associates' PCs with teloquent hardware and software and developed easy-to-install software packages on CDs for remote associates. Craig troubleshooted PC hardware problems and scheduled reboots and performed software loads and backups on systems. Craig also played a key role in training the team during the company's rollout from X-Terminals to PCs. Additionally, they developed a program to collect data and implement sudden software changes, saving clients thousands. Craig created troubleshooting guides for after-hours associates to quickly resolve client calls.

In 2003, Mohr joined NetIQ/WebTrends Corporation as a Desktop Support Engineer/Jr. System Administrator. Craig worked in this role until 2004, where they provided desktop support and junior system administration.

Since 2004, Mohr has been working at Pacific Office Automation as a Senior System Administrator. In this role, they designed and deployed an email upgrade from Unix-based POP3 email to Exchange 5.5, and subsequent upgrades to each new release, including Exchange 2010. Craig also evaluated vendors, purchased, and deployed a Storage Area Network (SAN), allowing for data consolidation and significant savings on future server purchases.

Craig Mohr's education history starts in 1991 when they enrolled at Linn-Benton Community College to study Management Information Systems. Craig studied there for two years, until 1993.

In 1993, Craig transferred to Western Oregon University and pursued a degree in Computer Science. Craig studied there for a year until 1994.

In 1994, Craig transferred again, this time to Oregon State University. Craig studied Computer Science there for a year until 1995.

Apart from their formal education, Craig has obtained several certifications from Microsoft. In May 2002, they became a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator. Craig also obtained certifications in Implementing and Administering a Microsoft Windows 2000 Network Infrastructure, Managing a Windows 2000 Network Environment, Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Environment, Planning, Implementing, and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Active Directory Infrastructure, and Windows Server 2008 R2, Server Virtualization. The months and years of when Craig obtained these certifications are not provided.
